Selling overstock and returns in practice.
What is the minimum volume to submit a lot?
We buy full wholesale lots - from a few pallets to entire truckloads and warehouse liquidations. We don't trade single items. Not sure whether your volume fits? Send an enquiry - your account manager will assess the lot individually, with no obligation.
How are customer returns and overstock valued?
We analyse the category, condition, quantity and location of the goods, then present one offer for the whole lot. The wholesale price is below unit retail value, but you sell everything at once: one transaction, one collection date, one settlement.
Who arranges transport and who pays for it?
Your choice: we organise transport, or your carrier collects the goods. Costs and responsibilities are fixed in the offer terms before you decide - no surprises on the invoice.
Which product categories do you buy?
Electronics, apparel, home & garden, toys, sports and mixed lots - only full-value goods ready for onward resale. We don't take food, medicines or hazardous goods.
How quickly can I sell my overstock?
The more complete your enquiry (specification, quantity, location), the faster you receive an offer. Once accepted, we set one specific collection and settlement date - exact dates are always part of the offer terms.
Who can buy returns pallets from PALLEXA?
We work strictly B2B - with companies holding an active VAT or EU VAT number. Once verified, buyers ask about available lots: some are offered in smaller quantities, some only as full truckloads.
