Frequently asked questions about this lot

How is new grade A stock different from customer returns?

Grade A means full-value, unused goods in their original packaging. Customer returns are parcels sent back by a shopper, which may be opened, incomplete or used. In this lot the Amazon Prime boxes are unopened and still sealed with original tape, so you are buying new stock rather than returns.

Do you open the Amazon boxes before selling them?

No. The parcels reach the buyer exactly as they arrived from the Amazon warehouse, with the original tape and labels intact. That guarantees nobody has cherry-picked the best items out of the lot. For the same reason we cannot give you a list of the individual products inside: we state the categories, not a piece-by-piece manifest.

How many pallets can I buy, and what does it cost?

Availability and price are quoted on request, because both change with every delivery. Tell us the volume you need and where it should ship, and we will send the current lot specification together with a quote.

Do you sell to private individuals?

No, PALLEXA trades B2B only. We verify every company against its tax or EU VAT number before we share details and pricing, and every sale is invoiced.

How do I know this offer is genuine?

The photos in this listing are ours, taken in the warehouse where the goods are stored - they are not stock images. We are a registered business with an active EU VAT number you can check in the VIES database, and we confirm the terms of the lot in writing before anything ships.
