How it works

From enquiry to settlement - step by step

The Website is not a transaction platform - PALLEXA buys goods outright and agrees terms individually with each party. Here is the whole process, whether you're selling overstock or looking for goods to buy.

For suppliers

Selling overstock or returns

    Submit the goods

    Fill in the form - type of goods, estimated quantity, location and frequency. Takes a few minutes, no registration and no account.

    Quote and terms

    We reply within 24 hours on business days. We agree the price, timing and method of collection - every lot is quoted individually.

    03

    Collection

    We arrange transport from your warehouse. You confirm quantity and condition at handover - documentation protects both sides.

    04

    Settlement

    Payment follows the agreed terms, usually after collection. You receive an invoice - we buy the goods outright, not as an intermediary.

For wholesale buyers

Buying returns or overstock

    Browse the offer

    Check the available lots on the site or ask about a specific goods category. Each lot has a set quantity, location and type of goods.

    Verification and specification

    We sell exclusively B2B - we verify your VAT or EU VAT number, then send the full specification and a quote.

    Transport and collection

    We agree the timing and method of collection - a full truckload, or a split into smaller volumes where the lot allows it.

    04

    Invoice and settlement

    The transaction is confirmed by an invoice and collection documentation. Payment terms are agreed individually for each lot.
