From submission to agreed terms
Share the key information
Select the supplier role in the form and describe the type, quantity and location of the goods. Tell us whether this is a single lot or a recurring supply.
Clarify the scope of the lot
We use your submission to assess whether the lot fits our purchasing model. Missing details about condition, contents or documentation need clarification before terms are agreed.
Agree the offer and collection
Price, purchase scope, timing, payment and transport are agreed for the specific lot. Submitting information does not mean the goods have been accepted or a transaction concluded.
Confirm handover and settlement
The transaction follows the agreed terms. At handover, confirm the quantity, condition and documentation so both parties are referring to the same lot.
Three details that help us assess a lot
Packaging condition is not product condition
A sealed carton or wrapped pallet does not establish that products work or are complete. Describe the packaging, declared product condition and what has actually been checked separately.
Define what the specification covers
State whether the list covers the entire lot, a sample or an estimated mix. Identify entries with missing quantities, model references or condition information.
Disclose restrictions before a quote
Tell us about known resale, labelling or destination-market restrictions. If sharing documents requires confidentiality arrangements, raise this before sending them so the next steps can be agreed.
Questions before selling a lot
Will every submitted lot be purchased?
No. Submission lets us assess the category, condition, quantity, location and resale potential. The decision and terms relate to a specific lot; the website does not guarantee a purchase.
What quantities and types of goods can I submit?
We work with wholesale lots rather than individual items. Provide the actual quantity for individual assessment. We do not accept food, medicines or hazardous goods; other categories require a lot assessment.
Can I submit goods without a full specification?
Describe the information you have and identify any gaps. Photos, known quantities and location help with an initial assessment, but further documentation may be needed before an offer can be prepared.
Who pays for transport, and when is payment made?
Transport arrangements, cost, responsibilities and payment terms are set out in the offer. Do not assume free collection or a particular payment date unless these terms have been confirmed.
