How do you move from catalogue to purchase?
Read the lot page
Check the description, status and available details. The lot reference identifies the goods in your enquiry. A sold lot page does not represent available stock.
Share company details and requirements
Sales are B2B, with tax identification or EU VAT verification. Specify the lot, quantity and requirements; if no listed lot suits you, you can send a general enquiry.
Clarify the specification and terms
Before deciding, confirm availability, the scope of product information, quantity and price. Agree payment, transport and documentation as well. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a lot.
Agree handover and settlement
The timing and method of handover follow the terms of the particular transaction. At collection, check the quantity and documents against the agreed lot and keep your settlement records.
What should you check before buying?
Inspection scope and condition descriptions
Ask what was checked: packaging, a sample or every product. A customer return is not automatically functional, and sealed packaging does not prove completeness. Assess the information attached to the specific lot.
Manifest and actual contents
If a product list is available, establish whether it covers the whole lot, a sample or an estimate. Ask about models, quantities, missing information and discrepancies; not every lot has a full manifest.
Your total resale cost
Alongside the lot price, allow for transport, unloading, inspection, sorting, storage and running your own sales operation. A retail value shown in a product list does not guarantee revenue or margin.
Questions before a wholesale purchase
Can I buy as a private individual?
No. We work with businesses holding an active tax identification or EU VAT number. Company verification is part of the process before transaction terms are agreed.
Can I buy one pallet instead of a full lot?
Splitting a lot depends on the goods concerned. Some stock is offered in smaller quantities, while other lots are full-truckload only. State your required quantity and confirm the minimum purchase in the offer.
Does the catalogue status guarantee I can buy the lot?
The status helps you browse, but current availability and the possibility of purchase are confirmed when you enquire. Sold or archived lots should not be treated as available stock.
Where can I find the price and delivery cost?
Check the lot page. If no price is published, send an enquiry with the lot reference and quantity. Transport cost, arrangements and payment terms are agreed individually in the offer.
